All of our molds are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for completion (a minimum of 4 weeks for Latex Only molds). Quick Ship molds ship within 10 business days. Larger, highly detailed molds and large group orders take longer, and we are unable to guarantee an exact completion date.

Because our molds are handmade specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, and returns are not accepted.
We take pride in the quality of our molds and stand behind our workmanship. If you notice any issue with your mold after receiving it, please contact us right away. We will work with you to repair or replace it as needed.
Recommended mix: 2 parts construction sand (not play sand), 1 part small gravel, 1 part Portland cement.
Mold release: 1 part castor oil to 15–20 parts rubbing alcohol.
Never use petroleum products on latex molds (cooking spray, Vaseline, most soaps), and keep molds out of the sun.
