Privacy Policy

Rubbermoldman ("we," "us" or "our") is a family business in Georgia, USA. We make handmade latex and fiberglass molds for concrete statuary. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.rubbermoldman.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join RMM Loyalty, buy a gift card or contact us, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. It also includes your order history, loyalty points and anything you write to us.

Payment information. Card and payment details are entered on secure checkout and handled by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site automatically collects some technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, time spent on pages, and how you reached our site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 5).

2. How we collect it

We collect information when you:

  • Place an order or check out as a guest

  • Create a member account or sign in

  • Join or use our RMM Loyalty program

  • Buy or redeem a gift card

  • Send us a message through our contact form or by email

  • Browse our site (automatically, through cookies)
     

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process, make and ship your orders, including Quick Ship molds and custom orders

  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions

  • Run your member account and track your RMM Loyalty points and rewards

  • Prevent fraud and keep our site secure

  • Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it

  • Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Emails from us. We do not send marketing or promotional emails. We only email you about your orders, your account, your loyalty rewards or questions you send us.
 

4. How we store and share your information

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides the online store, member accounts and checkout we use. Your information is stored on Wix's secure servers behind a firewall. All payment gateways offered by Wix and used by us follow the PCI-DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council. These standards help protect your card information.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that job:

  • Wix.com, which hosts our site, store and member accounts

  • Payment processors, to take payment for your order

  • Shipping carriers, which need your name, address and sometimes your phone number to deliver your order

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our customers.
 

5. Cookies and other tracking tools

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Our site uses them to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, remember your currency choice and measure site traffic. Wix lists the cookies it places in its article Cookies and Your Wix Site.

Some pages, including our FAQ, show embedded YouTube videos. YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies when you play them. Third-party services have their own privacy policies, which are not covered by this policy or by Wix's privacy policy. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the cart and sign-in, may not work without them.
 

6. How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, warranty questions and our tax and accounting records. We keep your account and loyalty details while your account is open. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
 

7. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • See and update your account details by signing in and going to your Account page

  • Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct or delete your information

  • Withdraw your consent to us processing your information

To make a request, email us at rubbermoldman@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep some order records when the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local laws. We will honor those requests as the law requires.
 

8. Children's privacy

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
 

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, so please check it now and then. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above. If we make important changes, we will note it here.
