Ordering & production time
All of our molds are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for completion (minimum of 4 weeks for Latex Only molds). Larger, highly detailed molds and large group orders take longer. Quick Ship molds ship within 10 business days.

Shipping
Free U.S. shipping is included with every order. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We'll email you when your order ships.
Cancellations & returns
Because each mold is handmade specifically for you, all sales are final. Orders can't be cancelled and returns aren't accepted.
Our quality guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you notice any issue with your mold after it arrives, contact us right away and we'll repair or replace it as needed.
