Ordering & Production Information
Please contact us with any questions before placing your order. All of our molds are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 4–8 weeks for completion. Production times may vary depending on the size, detail, and complexity of your mold, as well as our current order volume. Larger, highly detailed molds and large group orders will require additional production time. We are unable to guarantee an exact completion date.                                                              
  Order Status Updates
We are happy to provide status updates upon request. If you would like an update on your order, please email us at rubbermoldman@gmail.com. We will be glad to let you know where your order is in the production process. We will notify you when your order ships.          
Shipping
Free U.S. shipping is included with your order. 
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Cancellations & Returns
Because our molds are handmade specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, and returns are not accepted.
Our Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our molds and stand behind our workmanship. If you notice any issue with your mold after receiving it, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to repair or replace it as needed.
